Please review our Shipping & Returns policy prior to making any purchases from Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC.
Shipping & Handling
You are responsible for all shipping charges on purchased parts. We ship using the most convenient and cost-effective methods, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, with possible substitutions between comparable shipping methods. New and used parts that are in stock will ship as soon as possible. Refurbished parts may require additional processing time for testing before shipping. You are responsible for any shipping insurance, if requested.
Ownership & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the parts leave our dock at 5300 S. Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73119. Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during or after shipment.
Core Exchange Policy
If your purchase involves a core part, a Core Charge will be required upfront as part of the purchase price. To receive a refund for the Core Charge, you must return the old core to us within 30 days at your own expense. If the returned core is determined to be usable, we will issue a refund within 30 days of receipt. If the core is damaged beyond repair, no refund will be issued.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC. Approved returns must be sent to 5300 S. Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73119 within 30 days of receipt. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued unless the item is returned in its original condition.
Handling Electronic Part Issues
We stand by the quality of our gaming parts. However, due to the nature of electronic components, we cannot accept returns on parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or incorrect use.
- All parts are tested before shipping to ensure functionality.
- If a part arrives defective, you must notify us within 3 days for a return or exchange.
- Returns will only be accepted if the part is in unused, original condition.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, power surges, or modification voids any return or warranty claim.
- Any returned part will be inspected. If customer misuse is determined, the return will be denied.
