Job Description

Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC (DGS) is hiring a Field Slot Technician in Bismarck, ND! If you're an experienced casino technician looking to grow and work with diverse, cutting-edge gaming products, this is your chance to excel.

This role involves slot machine and electronic table game maintenance, including installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and software setup. You’ll also drive a 26’ box truck for projects and serve as the face of DGS in daily interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 21+ years old
  • 3+ years of casino technician experience required
  • Electrical/computer repair experience required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel for training and service North Dakota
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain gaming equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
  • Provide customer support and train clients on game functionality
  • Drive a 26’ box truck (must pass a DOT physical and drug test)
  • Assist with conversion projects and technical support
